Where should you buy property in 2021/2022?
Here’s my TOP picks for Sydney and beyond.
In Sydney’s North I like houses in Newport and Avalon.
The beaches rail link and spit tunnel will be built which will reduce travel times leading to capital growth.
In the East I like Kingsford, Coogee, Randwick. Students & backpackers are gone , landlords have been hurting so you can find some bargains. Houses in the beautiful suburbs of Kensington and Rosebery look undervalued too.
South; look at Sans Souci, Oyster Bay and Como but get be quick asEastern suburbs buyers are already realising the value and buying up..
West: Ashfield, Summer Hill for units, Campsie and Croydon for houses. Great communities & transport there. Also, Westmead with the emerging $1b health precinct which will host 70,000 staff & students by 2036, plus the light rail linking up to the ferry, and Sydney West metro.
Beyond Sydney: The Southern Highlands still has some growth left as does Newcastle. I like houses in Hobart’s 5km ring and think the QLD Sunshine Coast growth corridor is a safe bet too.
